20 : 20 PRINT EXCHANGE

HOT BED PRESS 2023

I participated in the 20:20 international print exchange in 2023 through Hot Bed Press. This collaborative initiative connects over 500 artists from print workshops, collectives, and university departments worldwide, facilitating the exchange of hand printed images measuring 20cmx20cm in editions of 25. Each artist receives a box containing a diverse selection of prints, while the first edition of every image embarks on a national and international tour of participating studios.

Inspired by my ongoing Humpback whale project, this exchange presented a unique challenge, requiring me to transition from working on large-scale images to creating intricate prints at a smaller scale
